Seriously the support here is a joke.
Simple misunderstanding with a seller - item not paid.
NO WAY to pay from the notice
NO WAY to contact support
What a load of **bleep**.
Contacted seller, purchased the item again at sellers suggestion. Seller happy - All good.
Now I have an unpaid transaction on my account.
STILL NO WAY to contact supprt to sort.
Don't really care but annoyed now that NONE OF the LINKS WORK to resolve.
Complete rubbish.
Buy your stuff by all means but don't expect the "support" system to be any use.

That's so unprofessional too. I had one talking over the phone to me from her swimming pool. But I was grateful that I was at least speaking to a person and not having to try explain myself by online chat

LOL, I can just imagine it. The problem with people working from home etc. is that they are tempted to engage in other activities. I agree and it still is better in your case that you were talking to another person than a bunch of words on a screen etc.. I guess we've just got to be thankful that we are talking to someone. Things get explained and understood much better when it is voice to voice.

live chat works but it doesn't mean it provides adequate support, i found that out the hard way!
