Error by Payment Came out of Account

Has anyone else encountered and error message when trying to purchase an item, the transaction not going through on eBay however the payment comes out of your account!

I've had the window where ebay says Your Payment is Pending.  This tends to happen with me when I'm using a voucher with multiple purchases from the cart.  But you got the notification from paypal that the payment went through?  All good then.  I find that when I refresh my Purchase History in ebay after a couple of minutes the items will show as Paid.  Otherwise log into paypal and see what's going on.

I am the same as Poppy.....I get the Payment Pending notice when I use a voucher for multiple item purchases through the Cart.

There has never been a problem...within minutes it has cleared and shows that the items have been paid for.
