Has anyone seen the FAKE Queen Elizabeth II Mattel Barbies for sale, (atrocious) being sold from China. The ebay market is flooded with these fake dolls and there are many of sellers using the Mattel box with Mattel branding to sell the item.
The Queen would have never approved these dolls they look terrible and not to mention the tattoo eyebrow l👀k, which is horrific.
People are being misled due to false advertising and will be entitled to a full refund under Ebay buyer protection policy

@ausproducts wrote:I just found one at the op shop and was excited, I knew it was fake because I bought an original when they came out. Paid $9 anyway, because why not have it to compare haha. Anyway, I won't be selling either, but I'm happy to share photos of the fake.
So you are happy to support sellers of fake item.

Uuuuummmm - if the OP shop was selling for 9 bucks - did they indeed have ' the real thing ' labelled as such.

Price doesnt matter, if someone points out to them they have a fake a responsible OP shop will take it off the shelfs. Since when does the price of a fake make it ok to sell it.

Oh dayam!!! Are you telling me that my genuine Rolex for $10 from the Salvos, I should have alerted them to it? Stuff that, I'm going to get 10 grand for my genuine Rolex!
Actually, thinking about it, I probably got ripped off by the Salvos. I think they are only around $5 in Thailand brand new. Of course, absolutely 100% genuine!!!

I tried to complain to eBay about these knock offs. My brother brought them to my attention. Call them collectable. Call them Platinum Jubilee doll. But SPECIFY they are NOT Mattel Signature Barbie Platinum Jubilee Queen Elizabeth II. Au contraire. They are being sold as Mattel Signature Barbie Platinum Jubilee Queen Elizabeth II. That's false advertising!!! How does that not violate eBay rules?

I can't speak for what the eBay bots do
Then again a bot is not going to know a real Barbie from a fake Barbie's you know what
Has you brother considered contacting Mattel and asking them?
