Failed appeal

How do you appeal a failed appeal for unpaid payment appeal when there was documentation supplied to show that payment attempts

had been made showing the reason those attempts were unsuccessful at making payment.

Failed appeal

I've never had a UPI strike against my name so I'm only guessing here, but I would be phoning eBay (or preferably getting a call-back from them) and if not satisfied with the reponse asking to speak to a supervisor.

If you've had previous strikes and they've got rid of them for you they may be reluctant to do it again however.

I take it you're aware that one strike in 12 months is not going to be a problem?

Here's the link for eBay CS.

How many appeals have you made?  It reads to me as though this will be the third time you have appealed the strike.

As Padi says, one strike will do you no harm and if you have already had one strike removed they are unlikely to remove any more.

What does the documentation show?   Were you refunded by the seller, or did the seller not accept the payment?  I doubt that there would be any other reason for non payment that ebay would accept.
