French book titles appear in the results list half-translated in english.
How can i disable this so i can see the original title in french?

Ebay does not read here.  

If they are selling internationally, then search on ebay France??

What does "eBay does not read here" mean?
And yes i could look on eBay.fr, you're right. Or maybe there could be a way to prevent eBay from translating the first couple of words from a result. If you look for "the long kiss goodbye" for example on ebay.fr , do the results show "le grand baiser goodbye?"
Because that's what it does to me with some french titles.

And it seems as though, judging by the lack of responses, that the care factor is low.
