I called eBay customer care as seller to discuss an issue and he insulted and disconnected the call. Is this how eBay deal with customer?

In what way did the agent insult you?
Actually 'insult' you or say something which was true but 'you didn't like hearing'
Did he suggest you were still drop shipping?
Is it about the feedback comments that were removed?
Did the agent simply insult you out of the blue and have if so, have you reported the agent?
Is there more to the story than what you have asked other members?
