I purchased an item that did not come. Emailed Ebay. They said they had to remove the listing because of an issue with the seller - and I could get a refund through Ebay Guarantee. I cannot figure out how to actually apply for the refund - the help pages are useless (just info about the guarantee but no implementation) and the after hours virtual assistant all useless. Can anyone tell me how to actually get a refund through the Ebay Guarantee? Id be grateful. Thanks much

Maybe ask on the forum for eBay USA since that is where you are
It might be different there
If eBay removed the listing themselves, I am surprised they did not refund you without you having to do anything AND usually eBay would email the buyer and make them aware that *they* removed a listing and not the seller (due to being out of stock or such)
However to be covered by the ebay MBG, you need to open and follow through with an item not received dispute
Why did you email eBay to start with ?
If an item does not arrive, you contact the seller
If the seller is not helpful, you open the dispute
How long ago did you buy? what was the estimated delivery date?
