Hi All,
I bought a laptop, aussie seller, item was new. After 190 days it failed. Under consumer law I can ask for it to get fixed, but the seller is no longer returning my emails.
I contacted Paypal and they won't give me the sellers details.
How do I get the sellers details so I can pursue this further. I really need an address, phone number and ABN to lodge it with NCAT.
Thanks for any help.

They'd probably claim not received or that after 6 months the ink has faded and want to take you to court. Be sure to include your full name, address, phone number, bank account number, PIN number, tax file number and any other number you think might be relevant.

If the OP bothered to look at the seller's blurb he would see that they are in the process of moving so it is possible that any information he receives from ebay is not applicable.
All this who-ha over getting information that is freely available.....It would have been on the Tax Invoice he received with his item and if he was unsure of the ABN/ACN he could look it up on the ASIC site.
