Hi,

Im new to this whole Global Shipping Program and whilst I have been supplied a tracking number and link, it is only telling me that it has arrived in Kentucky.

Last detail shows it was receive there on May 14, and nothing after that.

Any suggestions?

Thanks in advance.

Global Shipping Program tracking?

When it reaches Kentucky, it will say Fedkeb. That means you take the last number you have, and you can track it on the Fedex website.

https://www.fedex.com/fedextrack/?action=track&cntry_codeus&action=fedextracking

so in your purchase history, click on the tracking, it brings up the box with the latest details, it will have a #number

that is the one you use on the Fedex site.

Hi amber-eyed-girl,

This is all I can see.

I was given a Fedex link from the seller but that was only for the US domestic shipping.

Have i missed the code still?

There should be another a number only.

It does not say Fedkeb...that is when it transfers to Fedex for Australia route, and gets a new tracking number.

You are doing the right things, it just isn't there.

Global Shipping Program tracking?

It is Erlanger, Kentucky where it is processed for shipping to here, and gets the new number for Fedex.

I guess you just have to keep looking for a bit ๐Ÿ˜ž

Maybe, but you would think that a week in their holding bay is long enough to get it right.

File a Paypal Claim IMMEDIATELY....

By all means email the Seller and explain why your making a claim (eBay / Pitney Bowes / Fedex lies and incompetence), however don't put any faith whatsoever you'll receive your item.

In the first instance eBay will simply lie, it's what they always do first, and as I've found they are very gifted liars. You'll be told your item couldn't be shipped because it doesn't comply to Australian Customs Regulations. If you press them on the matter they cave in admitting it was a shipping screw-up at Pitney Bowes.

I personally lost 3 parcels worth more than $1,400-00 this way in late April. After a month I've got some money back, but still waiting for the rest. What the retards at eBay and Pitney don't realise is that me and the US Seller have been emailing on the matter, and he's being told different lies at that end.

Secondly, if it does happen to make it to Fedex, don't for one minute think your parcel is home safe. I have 2 parcels that left the US on 12 May, the first one is being held by Australian Customs APPARENTLY...problem being upon contacting Customs I found that to be a lie. The Second parcel due for delivery in Sydney, actually ended up in Darwin GPO.

Bottom line is FILE A PAYPAL COMPLAINT & CLAIM IMMEDIATELY.

DO NOT TRUST eBay, Pitney Bowes, Fedex...in fact don't touch the GLOBAL SHIPPING Program.

As a bonus, neither eBay or Paypal Australia can assist, instead you must demand to be transferred to eBay USA who will at least try to assist before flick passing you to Paypal USA.

In fairness, I found Paypal USA helpful in getting refunds on 3 of the parcels lost in the "Kentucky Triangle"  (Pitney Bowes), but it appears the once reliable Fedex has caught Global Shipping Disorder and are now all muppets who can't deliver a parcel any longer.

The OP will be lucky to get any money back because the seller can prove the item has been sent.   The tracking number is clearly there and th Pitney Bowes T & C state that if the tracking number is there the seller is protected.

Not quite correct Lyndal.

If you paid with Paypal you have Buyer Protection and will get your money back (eventually) if it can be proven the item was not delivered.

In my cases I can prove the items were not delivered, so got most of my money back, however still waiting on one claim to be finalised.
