Hey Stawka, most of my US sellers will opt out of GSP (when I tell them how) and post to me as usual.

I ask politely if they will opt out and then show them how.  But some just

get really rude with me and tell me they don't ship to Oz.  So how come

I can see their listing and postage in Oz $$?

Must be the id that worries them.  Others just laugh at it.

I think it's got something to do with them paying fvfs on postage already

over there.  They only post domestic to Pitney Bowes in Kentucky.

So the postage isn't that much.  But if they have to pay fvf on o'seas postage

then that's a whole other animal

Hubby has 2 Fender Strats. (and a copy)

He swapped a 1969 Rosewood Gibson for a

Strat copy and I wanted to cry.

He also has an Australian Maton accoustic - beautiful sound

Apparently Stawka, Crikey is a touch jealous of musos, perhaps because we are aware more than others of the dots.

FMD, have you been reading some of the posts on the eBay fees for postage and the carp that's been posted there?

I'm one of those people that will take so much, but then I will give the truth out to those that are prepared to believe it.

Take care......................

p.s. I got a wicked Banjolin .......a cross between a Mandolin and a Banjo  8 strings and god knows what tuning.

BTFW, I've got a few drums, a couple of mates, an esky a barbie and a **bleep**load of musical instruments................

Bring along a couple of eBay managers, to my backyard and we'll go face to face and sort it out...............

Bet they do not have the balls to do that.....................................

LOL padi. I've got a few instruments.

Soprano Sax, Violin, Trumpet, Piano, Got an Alto Sax for Christmas, and I have my harmonica LOL (still trying to learn that though)

LC's got a Trombone and a soprano Sax

MC's got the guitars. trumpet and a soprano sax

BCs got a soprano sax, trumpet, violin, clarinet and a keyboard.

Few other bits and peices they've accumulated over the years, but thankfully NO freakin drums - the violins were bad enough. All of them learned those in Grade 3 at school and FMD - it was horrible, at least only BC persisted with his LOL, and after 10 years, he can nearly make it sound OK LOLOLOLOL
