why is it only michelle that has sooo many problems buying ?
Look, by the law of averages a certain percentage of transactions are going to be problematic, Michelle has very kindly decided to shoulder more than her share of these problems so the rest of us enjoy a better percentage chance of having a problem free time on ebay.

Just encountered the same problem with another US purchase. Have emailed seller to see what they can do they will probably cancel it like other seller did. Seems to be getting rather common place at present. Might call Ebay.

What exactly is the problem Michelle?
As far as I can make out you just don't like the Global Shipping Program costs.
None of us do but there is no point in bidding on items and then complaining to the seller afterwards. You need to ask before bidding/buying.
Any seller in their right mind is going to cancel a transaction when a buyer starts questioning their shipping methods after the auction ends.
Why on earth do you want to call ebay? They cannot/will not interfer with a seller's shipping methods despite the fact that you think they should.

Theres nothing wrong with the GSP its just that when you go to make payment I get a message to change your address and cannot proceed any further with it. I am not bugging the seller. The seller cant seem to fix the problem so they cancel it. This used to happen some time ago and now its rearing its ugly head up again.

There is nothing wrong with the GSP costs either, quite reasonable in fact.
