Global Shipping program glitch

I was going to purchase a clothing item from Canada and asked the seller possibly to discount at all(the item had been listed for quite a while)they replied saying they would give me 20% discount. I agreed and they relisted item at discounted price. The shipping price was on the item to begin with. Then on Monday I began to do the payment( but this time shipping cost said Calculate) and I get notification to change my addess etc. So emailed seller about the problem and they responded " because its via the GSP" that she was unable to do anything (they had spoken to Ebay about it) its a bid ridiculous as the item had shipping cost to begin with. So seller told me now they will cancel the order and I had also commited to buy. Rather disappointing.

Are you sure your address is not defaulting to you old address of the PO Box or PO redirection?

The GSP will not send to a PO Box/PO as it ships with FedEx which is a courier company and cannot deliver to a post office address

Is it the Blythe dolls?

Seller says 'may' ship to Australia.  Has probably thrown their hands up

in the air, if you didn't contact them prior to buying

If it is the dolls and the seller does not specify that they will post to Australia you will always get the message to change your address.  It has nothing to do with the GSP and there is no way you will be getting a GSP postage cost.

Again, you should have asked the seller if they will send to Australia and what it will cost before bidding/buying.

Sorry everyone everything is fine now my mistake I had another item combined with the checkout that couldnt be sent. I was at the library at the time. Now have had to message seller and let them know everything AOK now.
