The GSP is a very slow very expensive way to get your parcels from the USA to Australia.
If you only bought your item a week ago there is no way it would have been through Customs in Australia yet. It would take at least 2-3 WEEKS to get here.
Are you sure you have read the tracking correctly?
In takes a week or so for it to arrive at Erlanger KY to be prepared for onshipping to Australia...this is where the Customs documentation is prepared.
Usually it comes direct to Australia from Erlanger but it is always possible that it has been diverted via Hawaii....many strange things happen with GSP shipping.
