I'm really trying to understand this system and how it works, below is the sipping status of my package. 

Is Ebay sending my package on a US tour?? this seem so convoluted! no wonder it will take over 2 weeks to get here.

No wonder buyers are steering clear of global shipping. Does your seller know. I'd be sending them a screenshot.

It is a big country, and the list only looks scary because of the logged scans which is a good thing as they are keeping really good track of it.

Once it is in Kentucky I believe it's next journey is on board for Oz - some of these parcels do get around though LOL

That's very quick - 2 days from posting and it's already left Pitney Bowes. A lot seem to take weeks to make that part of the trip.

My item got to me very quick and i am happy with global shipping price i paid only 24 $ for 13 kg package. Took a week to get to me.

Heavy items can be very cheap shipping, it's the lightweight stuff you should avoid. You could see a similat charge on a 100 gram package.

Re. the tracking.

Memphis is a FedEx cargo hub airport, the package is probably on a FedEx plane heading for Australia by now. The main delay center seems to be Erlanger, once out of there progress should be steady.

I paid $24.99 for a small silver brooch sent by the GSP.   Something tells me that must be the lowest price that Pitney Bowes charges for their "service"...which also took 5 weeks to be delivered in Sydney.
