It seems to be an eBay glitch,(which browser are you using as eBay tends to have problems with internet explorer).

Thanks for your response, yeah it seems to be a glitch, issue went away and have paid now for the item through paypal. I checked it was a genuine second offer deal, as it was from seller and in MY MESSAGE file on ebay. Thanks have informed Ebay also about it...
