Hello,
I bought a microphone and haven't recieved it. I contacted the seller about this and they sent another one. After that didn't arrive I requested them to refund my money. They sent a mail saying that we had sent one on 4th Oct and that I should check my local post office. I have now sent a mail saying that I do not want another one and asked them once again to refund my money.
Now I'm thinking of either contacting eBay or PayPal directly to solve this issue but I don't know how to reach eBay directly.
It would be much appretiated if anyone could help.

eBay can do nothing to help you,
If you have payed by PayPal within the last 45 days, go to them and open up a INR claim.

You do not "take the matter up" with paypal....you will get no answer if you email them.
Go to the Resolution Centre and follow the prompts to open a dispute for Item Not Received. But do it now as you only have 45 days from the date you paid for the initial purchase. As you have had several attempts to get the item you are probably getting close to the 45 day cut off time and you will not be able to open a dispute even 1 minute after the 45 days.
