Handling fees?

I see a lot of "sellers" with "handling fees".

Which prompts me to ask, are you lazy or just greedy?

If I want to pick up my own item, you charge me more?? even though you do less?? and you wonder why no one wants to buy your products.

Do you expect to pay $5 for a collection fee from Dominoes pizza??

Do you expect to pay extra for using the drive through at McDonalds or other business???

But you expect your customers to pay for "handling" YOUR products YOU want to sell and make money on.

While I don't sell anything online I still handle every item a couple or more times personally but to me that's all par for the course and factored into my prices, just as every other overhead is, so I see no reason to charge any punter a handling fee on top of anything.

I can see what the OP is getting at and I have to agree with them because if you don't handle the gear you'll never hand it over to anyone at any time, and that means you never flog it off lol.
