Harrassment form a seller

Hello all... I am being harrassed by a Seller to remove a Neg I gave him for faulty goods ( chinese) 14 emails and counting. I know it is against Ebay rules to exhort feedback removal from buyers .I know the rules.. I have contacted Ebay and reported the emails and content 5 or 6 times and all I get is the links to the rules...I have blocked this seller but I know he can still email me.. The whining pidgion english is a croc and annoying. He says on his listing pages that he is from Australia. Says he is NOT dropshipping and yet my goods took 5 weeks to arrive. personally I think he is in HK.. Ebay seems to pander to these powersellers and buyers are left to rot. Their advice to me is to not answer and he will go away.. Guess what?... in 2 weeks, he hasn't gone away...What else can I do ?

Write a follow up to the neg feedback you gave by writing

Stop pestering to change feedback, it's not going to happen.
It all stopped after that for me

Hi Harley... believe it or not, I have tried that one.. It didn't work !... He is now crying that his son and wife will have a horrible xmas because he will be miserable... If I were't so anoyed at all the emails, it would be funny...

pfft yeah right, it won't change his christmas one bit. tell him the more he keeps harassing the less likely you are to change feedback.

Tell him your middle name is Scrooge so the more miserable he is the happier you will be and then just delete the emails without reading them, that way he is only wasting his own time and not yours.

I would leave appropriate feedback followup comments regarding his harassment.

It may stop him from harassing the next person who leaves a neg.

Each message to your ebay inbox has a link at the header where you can report such emails. I've only ever had to do it once and no more messages . 

 If they are goimg to your private email addy just block their address

Jerryman... Hello... I have reported them until I am blue in the face and this is the sort of emails I am getting from Ebay...

After further review, it shows here seller ******* had sent you 6 messages that you haven't replied. They persistently ask you to revise the feedback as they have issued a refund. We'll be able to take action on the seller's account if the email they're sending contains obscene, profane or threatening messages. Since we're unable to take necessary action as their messages don't violate our policy, what you can do is to reply to their email and firmly let them know that you don't really prefer to change the feedback you've left.

I told them to Google the deffinition of Harrassment...!
