Postal on Line sent me 3 rolls of bubble wrap that where absolutely rubbish, contacted them and they said no problem we will send you prepaid postage label and on receipt we will refund. 1 week passes no respones from them, I ask them if they had received parcel they say no, 2 weeks, i contact them no reply, again no reply again no reply. I open case with Ebay they say please send tracking details, I respond with pictures of postage label and receipt from post office. They send email please provide tracking, then another then anther all same content, i contact ebay they say wait untill case closes and we will escalate, brilliant. So if you you deal with postal on line be extremely weary of them and there products.
