I have a current dispute regarding a purchase where the item arrived Not As Described.
After trying to sort it out with the seller who was hostile towards me I have ended up going through the eBay Money Back Guarantee.
Well so far not good.
First time I rang I was told the case was to be put on hold for 5 days then I should get a refund.
Didn't happen, so rang them again only to have my case put on hold another 5 days.
Of course no refund has turned up...
My question is has anyone had a successful Money Back Guarantee claim with eBay as all I have been reading here is people with the same problem as me ...

Now the seller has claimed that he has sent me a return label thru my private email address.
I told Ebay that he hasn't, they now say to wait another 5 days for the label, i ask them why are you wanting me to deal thru my private email instead of thru Ebay, there answer was because you cannot sent a return label thur Ebay.
I then asked how do i prove that i didn't get the label, Ebay said it will have tracking #, ????????????? **bleep**.
I'll leave it there for the monent.

Well finally somewhat good news.
After my follow up phone call to eBay today it looks like I will be receiving a full refund.
Paypal has also sent me an email to let me know the refund will show in my account within a few days.
All I can say is persistence pays off...
