I'd never heard of them but a quick search on google and it looks like they've shut down.

You bought a TV from a seller in Germany and you want a warranty repair?
Good luck with that.
I would say you bought from a hijacked account.

So TV bought in 2012 with 2 year extended warranty.......TV was great then power supply went down..... Samsung will fix but who pays.... seems it's me now these f.....ers are out of business and so is their warrantor.....It's basically an insurance claim on no one now.... boooo

Even if they were still 'trading' your chances of a repair would have been zero to none!
At least you got a TV. most of these 'bargains' result in nothing arriving except excuses with some inexperienced buyers allowing the sellers to string them along past the 45 days for a dispute.

Eljo is/was a Melbourne based Australian company that appears to gone bankrupt.
Not sure what the other posters comments are based on ??

Eljo is the ID of a German ebayer......which is the very reason that there should be no Naming and Shaming on the boards. It is too easy to identify the wrong ebayer.

?? apology to OP maybe ??

Who are you suggesting should apologise?
The OP is on the ebay boards so it is reasonable to think that the business/person he is asking about is an ebay seller.
