ok, I'm confused.
So this enjo seller referred to, is Australian based and they have/had a bricks and mortar store, but they also have/had a store on eBay? And it was from this store on eBay that the buyer purchased their TV, is that the gist?
So the TV broke, the buyer tried to get their warranty honoured, but couldn't, so is now trying to contact the eBay seller from which they purchased the TV.
How am I doing? Am I close?

Based on my undestanding of the OPs enquiry yes crikey you are correct.
Eljo Australia has an ebay id and it appears from feedback to have ceased trading in around Jan-Feb this year. A google search fills in some details on what appears to have happened.
