Have opened a parcel today which is something I have never purchased. Should be an easy solution but there is not one.
Shipped throught GSP our friends Pitney Bowes UK . Was a small parcel so no original address details as Aust Post has placed a big sticker over them which I cannot remove to see the details underneath.
Trouble is I am waiting on 10 parcels so cannot work out which one this should be if it is the wrong item. Have done a search on sold items for this particular piece with little joy.
There is a sender address details so I have been through all my UK payments to see if I could find the name. No luck there.
I am guessing it is a stuff up from Pitney Bowes and they have affixed the wrong detials on the wrong parcel.
Anyone have any easy ideas how I can find the seller of this item and let them know I have their item. To work out which one I am missing I guess it is wait and see which item does not arrive.
I will photograph all details of this for my records if the missing parcel is said to be delivered.
Be grateful if anyone has any further ideas that I have not covered above.

Do you have the seller's id/store name?
You could search here -

Don't think that will help - Nothing visible on the parcel (ie user id / item number) as Aust Post has stuck the epost label over the top - Tried separating them to no avail.

I have just had a GSP parcel from the UK and know what you mean about there being nothing to say who was the original sender.
At least I know who sent it and on the back she has put her return address.
However, on the e-parcel label there should be a sender's name and address on the bottom left hand corner. Mine just says Pitney Bowes and a PO Box address but have a look and see if there is anything else.
In the absence of a phone number you could try writing to the address and see if they can give you any further information.
How many of the parcels you are waiting for are coming through the GSP....can you narrow down the possible senders by eliminating those who are not using the GSP?

Shame it wasn't from the USA froggy, they managed to lose/misdirect/steal one of my purchases last month.
Anyone got PB's eBay ID, pm me, I'd love to see if they listed them - no they weren't knives or guitars lyndal lol.......................

Unless you can hold it up to a light and try and see underneath......
Or a search for the item and UK seller's location? (If it's a tennis ball, you're in
trouble with that suggestion.)
If you gave ebay the address, I doubt they'd give you any info.
Otherwise I'm out.
Someone else may have an idea.

can you very lightly spray the top label with something like spray and wipe to remove it?

If it is the same AP e-parcel label that is on my parcel that will not work....it is very opaque and very shiny. Water just slides off it and I would say something like Spray and Wipe would just smear the printing and not get through to the details underneath.

Hi Lyndal - Nothing of the senders address on my AP Eparcel label. Have tried to lift all labels to read the the underside got some of the number but did not make sense as could not pick up all the numbers.
Spoke to Ebay and sent photos - I do have the UK senders address on the bottom of the parcel and have provided a photo of that to Ebay. So that may assist them in locating the User ID.
Have about 8 parcels due from the UK through the GSP so that is all guess work - Have even gone through all my email messages from the GSP without sucess. Let see what Ebay comes up with.

Froggy, there must be a senders name and address.....my parcel has Pitney Bowes as the sender and a PO Box. If you contact them they should be able to track it back to the UK and the original sender.
