Have to wait 2 months before i can report a seller for no item recieved

Paid for a Item on the 15th Sept and have still not recieved it .Now i am told by Ebay that i Can't report it untill after the 7th Nov.

So it is pretty stupid rule that you have to wait two months to try and get a refund from a seller.

eBay's MBG policy states that you can't open an INR until after the last ETA of the item. I'll take a wild guess that the seller is registered in an Asian country (look at their feedback page) - they commonly have 2 month ETA's.

As mentioned, check their listings and feedback.

You need to be more selective on eBay these days.

I don't click on any listings that look remotely from China, H.K. or Malaysia.
