Hello, I recieved scrap pieces of metal in a box instead of the tool i ordered.

I received a package today which should have been a quick change tool post set, what I received is 2.2kgs of scrap metal from a seller with 99 percent rating.  I have lodged for a return. what else can i do.

Well aware of this but 15cents for 2.3kg to me is a bit of a stretch. If this was the case I would no be able to compete with them unless they are making a killing on the postage side. But then maybe it is correct and chinese sellers don't undercut competitors and instead keep their profit margins high allowing me to get some sales as well.

Don't care if you believe it or not really.  It's fact.

Often being discussed on here as well.  Do you think AP are happy about it,   read up the UPU.
