The seller has not sent me the item which I paid for. Can you advise me on what to do?

First have you contacted the seller and/or checked up on any tracking information that was given. Also check at your PO that it is nit waiting for collection as the postie failed to leave a card.
If you have done all those then how long is it since payment was made? I usually wait uo to 15 business days for domestic and 20 for overseas parcels. If nothing after that then providing I have paid with Paypal (which I always do) I open an item not received dispute through Paypal and escalate to a claim a week later if still nothing.
If you have paid by bank deposit then you are pretty well stuffed unless it is an Australian seller and you wosh to go through the on-line auction fraud police report site.

From what location did your parcel originate?
How did you Pay? (ie PayPal, Bank Deposit)
Have you contacted the Seller?
If so, what did they say?
