It's a bit early for me in terms of Christmas wishes. I haven't steamed the Christmas pudding yet! (I'd best get on with that - I have a spare day this week.)

I've also got to practise making sugar-free marzipan, so that I'll know if there are any pitfalls before making it for Christmas.

I suppose I need to sit down and write out my list. I know pretty well what I'm giving everyone, but I think little extras might be a delight to give as well.

I think I'm too late if I want to make some ratafia for Christmas. I usually want to give it a good six weeks.

But really, I don't want to think about Christmas just yet. I am aware of needing to start some preparations, but segment me for a clementine if I start giving out Christmas greetings in November! They'll be all worn out by Christmas Eve if I do that!
