I brought something as a guest in January it’s now March and still have not received items what do I do how do I get items or a refund

You only have 30 days after the last estimated delivery date to open an' item not received' claim with eBay's Money Back Guarantee

If you've left it too late you have 180 days to file a claim with Paypal if that's how you paid

And as a very last resort you could try a chargeback through your bank
