Hi, I bought an item on the 5th Dec 2018. I gave the seller the wrong home address..

The item is a Neo - Self Cleaning Nozzle - Fresh Water - NON Electrical Mechanical, Luxe Bidet....I can't find the seller anywhere on E-bay his member name is REMOVED

I tried ringing E-bay Australia but couldn't work out what the lady was saying!!!

I fixed up my home address on E-bay..

Please be aware that when phoning eBay, the staff member will often tell the caller what they want to hear in order to get them off the line as quickly as possible

I do not know what they told you, but eBay cannot intercept the post nor force the seller to refund if they posted to the address they were provided by the buyer
