Hi, this is a member-to-member forum, so the best thing to do is send the seller you are hoping to purchase from a message through the item listing. At the end of the description for the item, there should be a link that says "Ask a question". If you click that, it will open up the message system and your question will go directly to the seller. Generally, if the seller offers bank deposit as a payment method, their account details are available when you go through the checkout after purchasing the item.
Just a couple of quick things, though, if bank deposit is not offered for any reason but PayPal is, you can easily pay that way by setting up a PayPal account and verifying your bank acount with them - the payment is drawn from your account and after a few days (payments this way are subject to clearance times), the seller will receive the funds. It has the added benefit of Buyer Protection for items that are posted, while bank deposit has no protection at all (if that's a consideration).
