Hi Please Help
How can i cancel an unpaid order ?
I was try to pay for this order by paypal, after the processing, it says : ( This order was not successful. Order cost has not been included in the total amount. The seller hasn't received payment for this order yet )
in this case.. how can i cancel this order ?, because i need this item urgent, and i don't like to waste time to contact the seller to solve the problem, and i rather buy it from other seller

The seller is the only one that can cancel the order after you contact them and ask for a cancellation.
TBH I wouldn't have bought from them after reading their feedback.

Only the seller can cancel (if they choose to accept a cancelation request)
It says free postage within Australia , I am not sure what the message you are getting means
Maybe because the seller is in China there has been an issue with their set up?
How long have you been trying to contact them?
Are you on the app or the full site ?
They offer postage to you as well as click and collect, which did you select prior to trying to pay?

but anyway the problem is fixed, Seller cancelled it,
and i made an order from another seller.
