I collect action figures and some aren't available in Australia. Shipping costs pretty much always over $50 AUD with more than not being closer to $100 AUD. For an action figure. Do I get my figure tomorrow if I pay triple digits? No of course not, I get to wait a couple of months like everyone else. Absolute joke of a "program"

Contact the seller and ask them to input the weight and dimensions of the parcel, that should lower the postage to a more reasonable amount.
Or you could ask the seller to do a listing for you that uses USPS - be aware they may well be unwilling to do that as the GSP gives then greater protection for international sales.

If time is of the essence for an action figure, pay for express.

It's simple to avoid.
If you don't like the price, don't buy.
The GSP isn't hidden, it's clearly shown on every listing that is subject to it.
Maybe actually read the listing, or even the header from a search, and all will be revealed.

You could be right that $100 is not acceptable.
But davewill isnt charging you the $100 so they are not a scammer.
And also nothing makes you have to pay it, at the end of the day, it is shown to you before you hit buy it now.

@ lazymopoke. The lazy seems apt.
I advised you as to the GSP. As I am in Australia, only selling to Australia, I don't have access to the GSP.
How does that make me a scammer? Do you know what a scammer is?

Well, theirs was the typical response from someone who objects to being given factual information
It's not hard
Don't like the postage price that is clearly shown, buy the toy elsewhere
