What feedback do you wish to change and why......
You have only been a member for just over a month, it may be an idea to read up on eBay protocol or to read through these boards when you get time.
As stated earlier, you need to contact a seller if you have a problem, feedback is not a communication tool and should be the final part of the transaction.
There are avenues to pursue if you have to claim for an item not received, or if the item is damaged etc.
Granted, some sellers will not help (hence the alternative avenues mentioned) but most sellers will try to assist you, please give them the chance.
You have posted on these boards and both sellers and buyers read here and you may well find yourself on a block list as you have been rather free and hasty with the 'red dot'.

How would you know unless you have in fact received it? I love it when buyers come in here outing themselves. Always a bonus. At least the OP won't be buying anything else from the seller she gave this neg to, she's destroyed their feedback enough whereby they'll probably drop to below standard and won't be able to list anything else.

The whole feedback on ebay is now a pathetic joke. I have just had a buyer of multiple items who kept making excuses and asking for more time so more items could be bundled into one parcel.
Now i am getting no response, i can't lodge an unpaid claim because it's over 30 days, and as a seller the only feedback option i can give the buyer is positive feedback. The whole thing has become a pathetic joke and a total waste of time.

Unfortunately, all you can do now is cancel the transaction. I had the same issue earlier in the year. A repeat buyer of multiple items each time bought several things. Every few days she'd bid on something else. When she was done she'd send me a request for total. This last time she went rogue and disappeared. It was too late to go unpaid, so I did a cancellation. I closed it 8 days later.
I used the excuse that the buyer was unable to be contacted or something like that. Choose whatever option you like, but do not choose the out of stock option or you'll get a defect. At least that way you'll get your fees back. My buyer contacted me a week after I closed the requests saying she'd forgotten she'd bought them (even though she was still buying from other sellers).
Don't forget to add that buyer to your blocked buyer list so they can't do it again.
