I had my account hacked, among many other accounts - a real pain you know where - via a password.
I can only get to my computer about once a week for health reasons, so once I FINALLY got my account back they've put me on the American site - another pain in the bum.
BUT now I can't find my question or if anyone was able to help because Ebay is useless.
I'm getting mighty fed up with these greedy American multinationals.

You're on the AU site now but here's your question on the US site

Did they put you on the US site, or did you log into the US site instead of the Aussie site?
Who is they? eBay or the hackers?

Ebay Australia restored my account but to the US site & I can't get rid of the woman in Florida US who is now the primary address. Every search I do US products come up. Extremely frustrating.
I'm pretty old, have a lot of health issues & not very tech savvy but you'd think it would be simple.
I've been trying to fix this off & on for nearly a year now.
My understanding is that I was hacked via a password from Canada so who this woman in Florida is I have no idea.
Can you help me? Ebay are pretty useless in my experience.
A recent seller suggested I just open a new account but I still have listings floating around - used to be a big seller before I got sick so now I'm mainly a buyer.
Thank you for showing an interest, Michele.

That's interesting. Thanks for bringing it to my attention though they haven't been able to help me so far.

End your floating listings and start a new account.
Any sales of the floaters are going to go to Florida, so no point leaving them up.
New account, sign up and be verified for Managed Payments, start from scratch.
