How long does it take to respond to complaints and negative feedbacks?

I bought  an xbox game and 4 weeks later it has not arrived. 

The seller originally said it would arrive within a week or so. Then I received a strange email saying that they had a problem with their shipping agent and that it would take few more days.

They claim that they have a shop in Melbourne but that their items are either sent from Hong Kong or Melbourne. I have been writing to them since their last message, asking for the item and another strange email arrived saying that they would refund me if necessary and then no other answer was received. I eventually contacted the Ebay Answer Centre and have been waiting now for a reply from the seller for the last 7 days. Ebay says that I have to wait 10 days for the next step to be taken up by them. So here I am 33 days later after an Immediate payment and with no quick support on this matter. I am anxious because I made the mistake of transferring money into a Bank account. I usually always use Paypal but I did it differently this time. When I read the feedback for this company I see that 37 people have posted negative feedback  this last month. Many have been complaining on similar grounds to mine. But the company is still showing a 97% positive response and selling the same item under the same conditions that I bought it for. How long is this going to go on? After all, this company is clearly not following the rules.

Well.... I don't think one more negative feedback will affect them much as they have regular customers and own website.

Oh dear 😞  I did tell them to only leave NEG if they do not get their item after 5 weeks and only if the seller is not responding to request to refund   :_|

Anyway, the OPs NEG can be removed because they mentioned reporting to eBay.

Thats pretty good when alot of negs are from people like the OP who think Oct 4th - Nov 1st is 4 weeks?

Game was pre order so not sure why he thought it would arrive so fast when it was an asian version so of course it was going to be posted from HK.

OP actually purchased the game on 30th September. So it's more than 4 weeks. I can understand OP's frustration.

And there are a lot of feedback comments on the item for slow delivery. One buyer left negative for taking 3 weeks to arrive.

But this is not really DC's fault as those games come from overseas. I made one big wholesale order from China in September and the supplier posted 7 parcels on the same day. It took 2 weeks for the first 3 to arrive and it took 3 weeks for the last one to arrive.

Dropshipping is always a risk for sellers because when suppliers overseas have problems it directly affect on feedback to sellers here.

All games I ordered from them were stock they have in their store and all of them arrived within 2 or 3 days. Their service is good.
