Item purchased and paid for over a month ago. Never arrive.
Tried to contact seller but all there is are a bunch of canner answers, no actual contact seller link for communication.
Tried to go to resolution center, somehow was directed to US site from AU site, and from US site I was told to go to AU site.
GODDAMNIT!!

Open an Item Not Recieved Case. That may give them a hurry up message ๐

Open Ebay & go to your Dashboard.
Up on top left hand side you'll see "Purchase History" - Click on that & it will bring up a list of all you have bought.
Find the troublsome Listing & on the right hand side of it will be a Colulm Headed "Actions" - Click on "More Actions"
On the Drop Down List will be "I didn't Recieve My Item" - Click on that & follow the Prompts from there. It will open an "Item Not Rec'd" Case & it will either get them moving with an answer, or your money back

If you paid with Paypal then it may be easier, and quicker, to open a Paypal dispute. Just find the trnsaction in your Paypal account and open a case there.
