Seller is constantly harrassing me, demanding I change my negative review of a finalised dispute case which fell in my favour.
How do I block this seller from constantly messaging me? Surely this is harrassment?!
I am not exaggerating when I say I have over TEN messages demanding I change my feedback review.
Get these clowns off eBay.

Yup, it seems the comment got removed. I don't see why though, considering what these guys did for me to give the negative rating.
Long story short;
* I ordered an item worth $30 US
* I got a cheap 50 cent flashlight sent to me, with an accompanying letter saying "Don't worry, your item is sent in a different package, and to contact an email address outside of eBay to chase it up."
* No additional tracking number provided
So, as far as tracking numbers go - eBay's 'safeguard' is now circumvented because the "item is delivered".
Conducting a transaction outside of eBay is against policy! Talk about shifty seller behaviour!
I couldn't initiate a return without a tracking number myself, so I had to fork out $10 US to send back a 50 cent piece of junk. The tracking service cost more than the damned thing they sent me.
Not really an ideal solution, but I was given a credit voucher by eBay when I explained what happened with the return postage cost. Would have preferred a refund over that - but better than nothing.
And during the ENTIRE month long wait, the Seller kept hounding me to change the feedback! I had to resort to reporting them and now it has FINALLY stopped. Absolute nightmare!
I really think we should be allowed to call out this sort of behaviour by seller name - not only have they removed my feedback comment anyway, but they also remain anonymous because my original post got edited. So how can we warn buyers about shifty behaviour from dishonest sellers?!

Somebody else reported a similar scam some time ago - they were sent a cheap key ring with tracking instead of their item (which I think was really expensive) with a note stating that the key ring was just a gift and that their item would arrive later, but of course the real item never arrived, and because of the tracking their item was marked as delivered when it was not. Have you told eBay exactly what happened? Because if you have it is really strange they allow this seller to still sell on eBay. Have you taken a scan of their "note"?

That is EXACTLY what happened - the note even said that the flashlight was a "gift".
It's funny you mention that - because I discussed this very same thing with eBay officers yet I was constantly told that they were a "Star Seller". ( As if that makes them untouchable and incapable of doing something like shifty like that. )
They kept referring the rulebook and policies at me, whilst ignoring the fact that this seller broke three rules back to back. First, no item. Second, circumvented tracking number. Third, asking me to contact them outside of eBay.
No matter what I told them, it fell on deaf ears. And I daresay, sellers **know** that they can circumvent the buyer protection by doing it this way.
It was only by me paying an extra $10 US for tracking that I was able to recover some of the scammed money. Had I opted to just send with basic postage, this scumbag seller would have simply denied the parcel even arrived. ( That, and that you cannot initiate the return form on the eBay website without a tracking number, apparently... )

If eBay didn't help maybe you can report the seller for online fraud here: https://www.cyber.gov.au/acsc/report
It used to be called ACORN and was mentioned here sometimes when buyers had been scammed.
Have you kept some evidence?

The case fell in my favour, and I got the $30 US back.
I didn't get a refund on the postage for return, but was credited with a $15 AU voucher. (Which is useable 'as is' - don't need to supplement on top of a purchase. However, that is still my money that remains spent and isn't an ideal resolution.)
It's honestly too much effort at this point - I'm disappointed I'm being forbidden on calling them out AND having my negative feedback removed to warn buyers.
As such, this is likely my last purchase through eBay.

Strangely, the feedback is in your 'left for others' still - just the coloured dot removed.
It does not surprise me that it was a Chinese seller.
You can report them until the cows come home, ebay won't do anything

Where is it? I cannot see any negative fb left by the OP (even without the dot)...
