How to report a click & collect pickup point?

Hi,

I'd like to report a collect a click & collect store that doesn't ask for the ebay collection code, besides marking items as received when they weren't.I don't think that's normal. Is there a way to report it?

Nothing to do with ebay.....report it to Click and Collect themselves.
