How to set up a brand new buyers a/c

I wish to set up another account to buy items for my grandchildren How do I go about this please.

Do I need a new email address, can I still use my existing  pay a/c.

It's very easy.

You  just  need a different  email address   and pay   with one of eBay's safe payment options.

Click on  "Create  an eBay account"  here at the top of the page:

You should be able to use the same payment method; as far as I’m aware there’s no restriction to using the same c/c or PayPal account between eBay accounts.
