How to talk to an eBay representative

There used to be a button on the website at this address labelled 'Get eBay to Call me'

https://www.ebay.com.au/help/contact_us?id=4041&st=10

I believe that below the button was listed the hours during which the call back facility was available.

Clicking it would get a call from eBay during those hours.

The button is now not there when I look. Is the button only there during business hours or is it permanently gone now?

Now it seems like you have to engage the chatbot in some conversation and it may eventually offer the option:

'Contact an agent'

Is this now the correct way to get to talk to an eBay representative or is there still a simpler button somewhere?

When I click this button I get the message:

'Something went wrong. Please try again later. You can also get more info searching online help - online help, or you can contact an agent.'

It is possible that this is because of being outside office hours and/or the Easter weekend.

It's more then possible. That's the standard default message one receives when they attempt to contact an agent outside of their operating hours.

Re: How to talk to an eBay representative

As was all explained to you many times in your last thread

If it is about that same issue, the answers have not changed
