I Did not receive my Jvc Camera purchased over x3 weeks ago. Please tell me how I may be able to get my money back in this instance ...? I Transferred money directly into their account as they had no Pay Pal account apparently. ? Thanks FP L.

If you paid with a creditcard then you can ask your bank to do a chargeback otherwise I'm afraid that you have done your dough as you have no other buyer protection. The camera could still be in the postal system, have you told the seller that you haven't received it yet.

why did you leave them a positive feedback?
I'm really sorry, but there is not very much you can do at all.
You did not use a safe payment method, so eBay or PayPal cannot help you.
You may be able to go to the police, but someone else will have to advise you on that.
You can report them to eBay, but this won't get your money back.

I doubt the seller cares.
They have only ever received 3 feedback for selling, 2 of them negatives and the third one is a positive (with a negative comment) from this OP, so will probably be removed.
Unfortunately, it seems to be a seller who makes up their own rules.... have a look qt the postage prices on their 2 current listings and the one from the camera.

He did a bank transfer/deposit. There are no chargebacks with this payment method.
OP I advise you get 'Pam's' phone number and keep calling her at all hours of the night until you get a response or your camera. And report to online fraud squad

Before you go through the on line auction fraud report you need to open an item not received dispute with ebay, it will not get you your money back but is the first step in the process. Once you have completed that step you need to go to the site run by QLD police (it has links to all states).
I would email the seller giving them my bank details and telling them if they do not refund my payment within 24 hours I will be reporting them to the police through the on-line auction fraud police site.
Saying they have not got or there is something wrong with their Paypal account is how scammers catch the unwarry, never pay by bank deposit unless you know the seller well and it is only for a few dollars, if they say they cannot use their Paypal account for any reason just tell them you will pay when they get if sorted out.
