I am sick of leaving prompt feedback as a buyer and the seller just cant be bothered.

In a word nothing, feedback is voluntary - but be aware that a lot of sellers will leave feedback in a block (maybe once a month) so you may still get feedback.

But when all's said and done feedback for a buyer is just numbers on a computer screen and means very little, for sellers it's somewhat different if they've only got low feedback.

58alice, feedback is voluntary. it's wonderful to get great feedback, but if they  ( the  buyers ) don't want to leave it, there's not much you can do. It's better to get none left, as opposed to getting a Neg or Neutral.  You can put a note in the Parcel saying "Thank you Blah blah blah,  Positive feedback is always welcome. Contact me prior to leaving any, should there be a problem.

You have 225 fb,so you aren't a newby needing to establish a buying history.

For a seller,the deal isn't done until fb is left stating the buyer is happy,item is as described & that no disputes or missing items etc need to be dealt with.

Do you really need fb congratulating you just for paying?

The only thing that ever counts for me in buyer fb is their fb left for others.the rest is bs back slapping for payment.

If i see buyer fb left for seller peppered with negs,neutrals,comments including the words-"liar,thief.scammer" especially if those are misspelled.Also i look for the words "patient seller" etc,meaning that the buyer is a verrrry slow payer.

Those are the only things important about buyer fb to me.

Lucky i don't see any of that in the 1st 3pg of your fb or i would probably be mean to you about this topic

Feedback left for me (as a seller) averages at about 40%....so it's probably across the board as to who can be bothered
