Is it a domestic or international delivery?

There are some pretty massive holdups in the parcel network either way.

Do you mean the estimated delivery date, which is a guess inserted by eBay

And the 4th was only 1 business day ago

Far too early to question anything yet, and you are aware of the massive mail delays still happening 

You will need to be a lot more patient if you want to buy things online I'm afraid
