I purchased a window groove set on 20th September....where is it...have tried to get help...to no avail...its on my statement that this amount of 34.99 has been paid to e bay....it still hasn't arrived. Will have to put a bad review if I do not receive very soon

Nobody here cares whether or not you "put a bad review".
Assuming the latest estimated delivery date has passed, rather than announcing your intentions to other members, perhaps you should open a request using the reason "Item has not arrived".
After all, that is how you get your money back - but you already know this.

Have you communicated with the seller?
What does the tracking say?
Did you buy on this account or as a guest?
All you need to do is open and follow through with an item not received dispute
Simple as, no need for circles or saying 'you'll leave a bad review' which is not going to make the item magically arrive
Did you check the seller's feedback before you purchased?
What was the estimated delivery date?

You only have 30 days from the last estimated delivery date to open an ' item not received' dispute through eBay's Money Back Guarantee so do it NOW
Is it the seller with very poor 90.6% feedback ?

To add, depending on your postcode, you may just have enough time to open a dispute under eBay's MBG.
If you've left it too late, you have 180 days from payment date to file an 'item not received' dispute through Paypal, if that's how you paid.
Or as a last resort, you could try a chargeback through your bank.
