For those who remember my complaint about the wrong item being sent I decided to leave positive.
the reason for this is that the seller refunded the purchase price and the postage, including what it cost for me to return the item.
Had they not they would have got negative.
Had they only refunded purchase price they would have got no feedback or neutral.
After getting notification from paypal that they had sent money for postage on top of the refund I figure they earned a positive, regardless of any dispute over item.
That's for being a sounding board and offering adviice at the time. 😄

You are very kind to leave a positve for this seller, but a neutral would not have been an unfair thing to do, as you have been unexpectedly disadvantaged and put out by the seller's mistake with this sale.
If I send the wrong product to a customer, I apologise and send them the correct product immediately. I don't expect the customer (and consider it very unprofessional) to further put them out, by having the trouble and expense of going to the post office and returning the WRONG item back to me and then have the poor customer wait even longer for the wrong item's return before the correct item is even sent.
I tell my customers, sorry my mistake you are welcome to keep the wrong item. Customers have chosen themselves to send the wrong item back to me after they have received the correct item, but I don't expect them to and I refund their postage.
