Are you the buyer?

Is your address correct for shipping?

Are they all from the same seller?

Have you communicated with the seller(s) ?

Have you opened item not received disputes?

Many news stories lately about the high number of parcels being stolen, do any of the items have tracking (or have you asked for it) and if so, what does it show?

OR

Are you the seller with the negs for items not arriving ?

if so 

are you providing tracking for these items and sending within your handling time?

Did these things sell while you were 'away' as per the banner on your page?

2 x red dots from the same buyer, for undelivered items.

The fact buyer was refunded, would indicate that you are not using tracking.  Buyer wins every time, as you have no proof of delivery.

I'm assuming you mean you are the seller and the unusual amount of orders not received refers to the 2 orders that were sent to the same buyer.

I wouldn't call that an unusual amount at all.

If it had happened to 2 different parcels to 2 very different addresses, you might think you were having a bad run.

But in this case, there is either something wrong with the buyer's address or as sandy suggested, it may be a case of someone taking the parcels after delivery, especially if the address is in a fairly busy location.

All you can do as a seller to protect yourself is make sure you are covered with tracking for any sales.

I was'nt sure as it was originally posted under 'community feedback'

But I checked the OP's feedback and saw the negs (still was'nt 100% sure though if they were talking about themselves or sellers they have bought from)
