I don't see any negative feedback left by you for any seller

Talk to eBay about withdrawing the unpaid strike with the reason why & I hope U kept that abusive email from her to report her to eBay.

The unpaid item process most likely automatically removed the neg feedback when closed.
I personally don't agree with a seller using the UPI process in that manner (if that's what occurred), but I do have to ask if the seller was rude or unwilling to assist before you left the negs.
The sequence of events isn't quite clear, and I'm not suggesting you didn't have just cause to leave negs, I'm just wondering how it all transpired...
For example, if you contacted them about the non-arrival and they refunded your money (without being rude or disrespectful), then you left the negs... Well, a lot of people would think that is very unfair.
Of course, if they were rude etc and the negs were left because of the seller's behaviour and how they handled the situation after you told them the items didn't arrive, then most people would agree that that is fair.

you got your refund
although the items are then marked unpaid
she could not have opened an unpaid item DISPUTE, and if she did you only needed to respond with the original paypal transaction # and then you dont have a strike
I doubt you do have a strike but you can always contact ebay and ask for it to be removed because you paid and were refunded.
