I have purchased an iPad cover from EBay Commerce Australia Pty Ltd, the item has disappeared from my EBay purchase list. And no item has been sent. The order number is 17-11371-53398

This is a member to member forum and other members cannot see anything from the order number

eBay do not sell anything, you buy from sellers listing on the eBay site

Change the drop down menu in the purchase history  from 'past 30 days' to cover when you bought it

Did the seller tell you it has not been sent?

What was the estimated delivery date?

Did you buy on this account or as a guest?

Where was the seller registered? 

What is the item number?

As sandy says - post the item number here. You’ll see this on the item listing. The link to the item will be in your Purchases tab in My eBay, once you’ve changed the default period.

If you still don’t see the order, did you buy it as a guest? Or were you logged in via social media rather than by username and password?
