misleading prices

I tried to report these items to ebay, but it had no category that suited. The seller has usb charging cables with the price $1 - but when you check through all the colour options the are ALL $4.49 - not a single one of them can be bought for a $1??

Just as question is.Sellers says I have to pay return costs.But it was not my error.He has offered a refund but says I have to pay postage. NOT GOOD ENOUGH I had to pay to get it in the first place and then also to return an item I cannot use.

Resolved! Seller cancelled order and has said 'buyer asked to cancel'

Bought an item yesterday, but the seller has cancelled the order today saying 'buyer asked to cancel'. I never asked for the order to be cancelled. Is this even allowed? Will this affect my ability to buy stuff on eBay? Sorry for the stupid questions...
