Do you mean the item was in your Purchase History and now it's been removed?
Is the seller still registered ? Check their feedback page
Have you set the See Orders > drop down box options for the correct timespan?
Does the item show when you enter the order number into the
' Search your orders' box on your Purchase History page ?
